The M-Series is one of the three series of watches that SEVNFRIDAY has produced within its short history span. It is, also, the least complicated-looking timepiece among its various creations. And now, SEVENFRIDAY has decided to include a new variant for the M-Series: the M1/03.

The M1/03, in the usual SEVENFRIDAY style, follows the same design cues as the other watches in the series. There are, of course, several changes that were made. The new M1/03, this time, features a polished stainless steel case with sandblasted deep black animation ring. On top of that, the watch is fitted with new hours, minutes, and seconds discs that feature numerals that are finished in powered print gold. The combination gives the watch an interesting contrast, and it makes the watch looks a little better too.

One of the more interesting features of the new M1/03 would be its NFC chip, in which it was first fitted to the V-Series. The NFC Chip can be scanned using a mobile phone that features this function, and it can immediately authenticate and register this particular watch via the SEVENFRIDAY application. Owners who have registered can also look forward to several after sales services, as well as community features for the SEVENFRIDAY community.

The M1/03 is fitted with Miyota’s 8215 movement. The automatic movement features rotatable discs to display the time, and it boasts a power reserve of approximately 40 hours. The watch will be fitted with black calfskin leather strap, paired with black stitching. The recommended retail price, before taxes, is CHF1,230.
